Debbie Mallette is the firm’s Receptionist & Administrative Support; a key team player who brings excellence to the diverse aspects of her role.
With a background in administration in the educational sector, Debbie came to Morrison Reist Krauss in 2014 equipped with project and system management skills, along with a desire to help people. Over the years, her role has evolved to match her capacity for supporting clients and for developing organizational excellence.
Debbie plays an integral role in the firm’s day-to-day accounting, intake support, and workflow management—the many and varied responsibilities required to keep a busy legal practice running smoothly. Accurate and efficient, Debbie excels at multitasking and her professionalism and on-going pursuit of improvement position her perfectly to help lead the MRK office forward.
Importantly, Debbie is most often the first person our clients interact with. She recognizes that each call or conversation represents a complicated, challenging situation and her care and diligence at the frontline sets the tone for the duration of the client’s experience.
